Pier Surplus provides the option of shipping UPS or USPS. We ship most orders the same day if they're received before 12:00 noon CST.
Pier Surplus will refund the entire purchase price for any UNUSED item within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. To return a unused item, please ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt. We will then credit you back using the same method of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the mistake was on the part of Pier Surplus. We will not refund USED items. However, we do value our customers and we want our customers to be happy with our products. If you have a complaint with one of our items, please let us know.
